You have made the decision to experience traveling and studying abroad, and now there are some things you need to know as you prepare for your departure.
Health and Safety Abroad
Your health and safety are important to us while you are on your international experience. This area provides you with useful links related to these two important elements. Please read carefully and take all details into account.
Your Health
Before you depart

Check that the Health Insurance you are getting through your program will be comprehensive and reliable.

Purchase a good Travel Insurance Policy. Check International Student Insurance and purchase it BEFORE you depart.

Make a doctor’s appointment and get a thorough check-up to ensure you are in good health.

Fill all your prescriptions and make sure you bring copies of those prescriptions with you.

Check your destination country’s immunization requirements (if any) and make sure you get all the necessary inoculations.

If you wear glasses or contact lenses, make sure you bring your prescription with you in case you lose or break them.
